WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME TO GET STARTED?

I simply need you to choose what type of portrait you'd like (digital, adaptable or painted). Once you've selected your portrait type, it will ask how many figures your portrait will have as well as some additional questions (specific to each product type). At the end, there will be a button where you can upload your image.

CAN YOU COMBINE MORE THAN ONE PHOTO?

Absolutely! In fact, more than half of the portraits I've done are of combined photos! I can remove people, add people in, swap faces... basically anything you want!

CAN I GET A DIGITAL FILE IF I CHOOSE 'ADAPTABLE' OR 'PAINTED' ART?

No matter what you choose, I will send you complimentary digital files! :)

WHAT CAN I DO WITH 'DIGITAL ART'?

Basically anything! You can print it or apply it on anything you'd like. Print it at home and add it to your own personal picture frame, post it on your social media, add it to your holiday cards, put it as your desktop background... the options are endless!

WHAT IS 'ADAPTABLE ART'?

Adaptable Art is something I've invented. The portrait is cut and applied to the glass of a shadowbox. Choose your frame colour, line colour and background to suit the aesthetic of your own home. When you feel like you want something new, simply switch out your background!

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE BACKGROUND WITH MY ADAPTABLE ART?

Yes absolutely! In the 'Shop Extras' at the top of the page, you have the option to add more backgrounds to your order.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 'UNSTRETCHED' AND 'STRETCHED' CANVAS?

'Unstretched' canvas is flat, which allows you to put it in your very own picture frame.

'Stretched' canvas is your typical canvas, stretched onto a wood frame.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, of course! We offer digital gift cards. Sometimes you want to do this nice gesture for someone but don't know what they would choose. A gift card is the perfect choice in that case!

WHAT IF I WANT TO HAVE A MUG WITH MY PORTRAIT ON IT?

I've teamed up with 'Artsy Ash' to make that an option! At the top of the page under 'Shop Extras,' you will see an option to buy a personalized mug.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE FIRST DRAFT OF A PORTRAIT TO BE MADE?

The first draft of your portrait will usually be made within 24 hours! Yep, you heard right! You will get a design send back to you within the day!

HOW LONG WILL 'ADAPTABLE ART' TAKE TO SEND OUT?

After your confirmation of a final design, I can have the package ready to ship within 1-3 days.

HOW LONG DOES 'PAINTED PORTRAITS' TAKE?

After your confirmation of a final design, painted portraits can take 3-10 days (depending on the number of figures in the portrait and how detailed it is).

DO YOU DO FREE LOCAL PICKP?

Yes I do! If you live close to Kitchener, Ontario, you will have the chance to select 'Local Pickup' at checkout.

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

I get started the day you send your order to me. If you would like to cancel your order, it would have to be before 24 hours or placing the order.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE MY PORTRAIT?

Unfortunately, since this is a customized portrait, I do not accept refunds. I am there with you every step of the way and make sure that I get the green light before moving on the the next stage of the portrait.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES?
